Andrew Mitchell has over 20 years of global digital engagement experience with some of the world's leading companies. He has worked for a diverse portfolio of global clients such as Nestle, Disney, Mastercard, Wrigley's, and Hilton Hotels & Resorts. His areas of expertise span multiple industries, including Consumer Goods, Food and Beverage, Retail, Travel, and Financial Services. Andrew completed his doctoral studies in identifying and developing performance based technologies that can be deployed and measured across various media channels, including social media. Dr. Mitchell has since expanded Rewardian across multiples continents and industries. He is a Chartered Marketer and a graduate of Manchester University and The Harvard Business School.

Director

Travis is Director at Rewardian, leading the product management, inside sales, marketing and operations teams. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the customer experience, operational efficiencies, and internal software management. Travis has extensive experience in systems design and implementation, project management, and developing business process enhancements. His goal is to provide clients with world-class recognition strategies and tools that have a definitive impact on their workplace and culture.

Global Account Manager

As Global Account Manager, Adam’s goal is to help organizations empower their people through a culture of recognition. He is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships and forming partnerships with top companies around the world. After receiving a B.A in Economics from Pepperdine University, he gained valuable experience in Sales development at PayStand (Santa Cruz, CA) and in digital strategy at A2Z Marketing (Washington D.C). When Adam isn’t busy sharing the good news of Rewardian, he enjoys surfing, playing tennis and being active in the great outdoors.

Digital Strategy

Oliver leads digital strategy at Rewardian, leading sales and product development initiatives. In this role, he is responsible for developing and nurturing customer relationships and being an in house SME for the Recognition & Rewards industry. After receiving a B.A in Finance from Auburn University, he worked with Relationship Managers and the trading desk at Invesco (Atlanta, GA) after which he joined the Brandmovers team as a Business Development Manager. When he isn’t busy working for Rewardian clients, Oliver enjoys scuba diving, playing golf and traveling.

Technology Lead

Jaspal is a tech enthusiast with 5+ years of experience working on web technologies. He is passionate to the core and will go the distance to ship the best production code he can create. He likes to be known for getting the job done on time and in the best way possible.

Marketing Manager

Rachel heads up all of Rewardian’s marketing efforts from branding to sales support. As marketing manager, she is responsible for establishing Rewardian’s digital presence. An Atlanta native and Georgia State University graduate, she has worked her way from client side to agency side brand marketing in several industries.
